The overall experience was not good. The staff seemed nice enough, but the food and the overall service was not great. First, they had items listed on the website that they do not have in stock, such as the waffles. None of them were in stock or available. They offered me brownies and ice cream as a replacement, and the lady had to ask a colleague which was vanilla. Should be labelled. Next, they forgot an item from the order and I had to ask them if it was there. We ordered a peri peri rice box with chips, and a pepperoni pizza, stuffed crust, extra cheese. The rice box was horrendous. It was very stodgy, very greasy/oily, and a few of the smallest pieces of charred chicken. Burnt. Very few. The box was cardboard and the grease was just soaking through. We opted for Ham sandwiches instead. The chips were ok, but there were about 9 of them, if that. Very very small portion. The pepperoni pizza tasted somewhat nice enough, just very greasy to the extent it was almost sickening. I couldn’t finish it. The 12”. Sadly, for a relaunch, new management, and first experience, it was dismal.
